James L. Schaffer and Andrew J. Kerr established TRIAD Architecture & Planning Associates in 1989 after having worked together since 1976. Their primary goal was to create an architectural and planning firm providing strong design direction and service to clients.
The ability to provide designs that are respectful of the community and environment while being responsive to the client's image and budget has enabled TRIAD to develop and maintain many long-term client relationships.
Over the past 19 years, TRIAD has become a well-respected architectural, planning and interior design firm with an ever-increasing portfolio of successful projects.
